At Difhouser, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) must be provided

Free Returns (Shop's Error)

We will cover the full return shipping cost in the following cases:

You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered)
The product arrived damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing
An item is missing from your order

In these cases, please contact us at hello@difhouser.com with photos of the issue and your order number, and we will provide a prepaid return label.

Customer-Paid Returns

If you wish to return an item for reasons not related to an error on our part (e.g. change of mind, wrong plug type selected at checkout), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will not be included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Free gifts or promotional items
Items that have been used or are not in original condition
Items returned after the 30-day return window

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
If rejected, the item will be sent back to you

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@difhouser.com with your order number and reason for return
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
Ship the item back using the provided instructions
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
